i work in the area of information and business technology
here's a small insight
Business technology and IT services. I have worked with mixed PC and Mac environments (both server and client). I implemented ISO and GMP into the technology department across multiple sights and was part of a group for designing and implementing change control into our site. I am particularly interested business technology, business processes, CMS (Content Management Systems), ticketing systems, system documenting and quality control in all these areas.
I also have an interest in experimenting with new tech, virtualisation, web stuffs and design (as a hobby).
